How much storage space do I need?
5'x5': Small items - clothes, boxes, sports basement, small furniture, seasonal items,business records. Equivalent to SMALL CLOSET

5'x10': 1-11/2 rooms of furniture - a bed set, dresser, desk, chair, outdoor furniture, bikes and sports equipment. Equivalent to WALK IN CLOSET

10'x10: 3 rooms of furniture or a 1 bedroom apartment - living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture and boxes. Equivalent to SMALL BEDROOM.

10'x20': 2 bedroom apartment or small house - 6 rooms of furniture, boxes and appliances. Commercial inventory. Indoor car, boat or trailer storage. Equivalent to a 1 CAR GARAGE.

10'x30': 3 bedroom house, garage and basement with boxes and appliances. 9 rooms of furniture, car, boat or trailer storage. Equivalent to EXTENDED GARAGE.

What are the available unit sizes?

Units ranging from 5x5=25 sqft to 20x25=500 sqft are available for your specifications.

What if I need additional or less space after moving in?

Additional space can be rented, or tenant can be transfered to a larger/smaller unit.

Do I need an appointment to come and view the storage spaces?

No appointment is needed to view units. However, to ensure availability, we recommend calling and reserving a space. Reservation is Free of charge.

What documents do I need to rent a unit?

At least 1 Government issued Idenetification is needed to rent a space.

What are the access hours?

Tenants have access to units from 6:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week and 365 days a year.

What are your office hours?

They are listed at the top right of every page of this website.

Can I make payments online?

Not at this time. This function is being worked on for future implementation at this time.

What other method of payments do you accept?

We accept payment over the phone, from the follow credit cards (VISA, Master Card and American Express).
